Forwarding is the process of automatically sending messages from one source (e.g., a Telegram channel or group) to another source (another channel, group, or bot). It centralizes message management and allows you to receive all the necessary information in one place.

Economy uses service Telegram accounts to collect messages. Messages may arrive with a delay of up to one hour due to the shared account pool, which also complicates troubleshooting potential issues.

Express also uses service accounts but offers faster delivery of messages from public sources. Messages are delivered almost instantly, making this plan ideal for real-time monitoring of public sources.

Direct uses your own Telegram account to receive messages. It ensures instant message delivery from any source, including private channels, personal chats, and bots. Direct Connection allows you to create an unlimited number of forwarding rules and provides maximum speed and reliability.

Public sources are channels and groups that can be accessed by their name or via public invite links. The Economy and Express services can forward messages only from these sources.

Private sources are private channels and groups that can only be accessed by invitation or after approval by the administration. Message forwarding from these sources is only available on the Direct plan. This gives access to exclusive information that may be important for your business or personal needs.

Delivery mode determines how messages will be sent from the original source to the target. Direct Connection supports various delivery modes, including the option to copy messages, forward them while preserving the source, or post them on behalf of your account or group. These modes allow you to flexibly customize the forwarding process according to your needs, ensuring maximum efficiency and convenience.

Message history copying is a feature available on the "Direct Connection" plan, allowing you to copy existing messages from a Telegram channel or group. This is useful if you need to save the message history or transfer it to another channel or group. Note that copied messages will be timestamped with the current date and time, and original message dates cannot be preserved.

Message edits transfer is possible only with Direct Connection. This means that if a message is edited in the original channel, the changes will also be applied in the target channel, provided the edit happens before the message is delivered.

Message deletions transfer is also only available with Direct Connection. If a message is deleted in the original channel, it will be deleted in the target channel as well. However, Telegram does not allow bots to delete messages older than 48 hours. To delete older messages, use the forwarding mode on behalf of your account, which provides greater flexibility and control over the content.

Filters allow you to specify which messages you want to receive and which should be filtered out. Filters can be applied to individual channels or to all channels at once. You can combine any number of different filter types.

There are two types of filters:

• Allow filters: Only allow messages that match the filter criteria.
• Block filters: Block messages that match the filter criteria.

Filter types include:

• Filtering by exact text match.
• Filtering by media type (e.g., audio, video, stickers, etc.).
• Filtering using regular expressions.
• Filtering by date and time.
• Filtering by message author.
• Filtering only every N-th message.

Modifications and auto-replacements allow you to automatically change the content of messages before sending them to the target channel. Key modification features include:

• Modifying the text in the message body using auto-replacement rules.
• Changing the message headline.
• Adding a link to the end of the message.
• Adding text at the beginning or end of the message.

Message appearance customization allows you to change the look and content of messages before sending them. This includes changing the display of image captions, author names, shortening long messages, and adding custom buttons.

The cost of one direct connection is €12 per month. For multiple account connections, we offer discounted rates:

• 3 direct connections: €32 per month.
• 5 direct connections: €48 per month.
• 10 direct connections: €82 per month.

Yes, you can change your plan or stop additional services. To do this, choose a new plan, and it will take effect at the end of the current paid period. It is also possible to upgrade to a higher plan. In this case, you pay the difference for the remaining period, and the price of the new plan will be adjusted with a discount if the previous period was paid for with a discount.

All plans and packages are paid from your account balance. You can top up your balance using the following methods:

• Bank cards (Russian and international).
• PayPal.
• GPay.
• QIWI.
• YooMoney (Yandex.Money).
• SberPay.
• Alfa-Click.
• USDT (TRC20).

If auto-replenishment is enabled, your balance will automatically be topped up from your card when there are insufficient funds at the time of payment. Balance replenishment does not provide bonuses. Discounts are offered for long-term service payments.
