Copying from Telegram channels with restrictions

Use Junction Bot to bypass the Telegram message “copying and forwarding is not allowed in this channel”. For that you can use the same commands as for a usual channel. The exact way depends on if you want to copy Telegram channel with existing messages (1) or instantly copy freshly coming messages (2).

1. Copy Telegram channel

Using Junction Bot you can copy existing messages from a Telegram channel bypassing the Telegram forward restriction. For that you can use the command /history.

2. Automatically copy new Telegram messages

To create a forwarding rule to automatically copy new messages from a protected Telegram chat or channel use the command /new. The process is the same as for a common channel.

Nuances of working with protected Telegram channels

If the source has copy protection, the bot has to process the protected media file completely. That’s why “heavy” media messages take more time to be delivered.
